Amendment of section 18 of the principal enactment.[ 2, 49 of 1961.]
3. Section 18 of the principal enactment is hereby amended, in the proviso to that section, as follows : -
(1) in paragraph (c) of that proviso, by the substitution, for the semi-colon, of a full stop ; and
(2) by the omission of paragraph (d) of that proviso.*[ * This change has already been effected in the Revised Edition of the Legislative Enactments of 1956.]
