Exchange Control (Amendment) Act (No. 17 of 1971) - Sect 9

Amendment of section 38 of the principal Act

7. Section 38 of the principal Act is hereby amended, in paragraph (6) of that section, by the substitution for the words " specified foreign currency ", of the words " specified foreign exchange ".
