Employees' Councils Act (No. 32 of 1979) - Sect 23

Termination of membership

23. The term of office of a member of the Council shall terminate on the expiry of the term of office of the Council,. or on the resignation of such member, or on such member ceasing to be an eligible employee of the specified under taking or an order of the Commissioner under section 21 or section 22.
