Exchange Control (Amendment) Law (No. 39 of 1973) - Sect 12

Amendment of section 50A of the principal Act

12. Section 50a of the principal Act is hereby amended by the insertion, immediately after subsection (2) of that section, of the following new subsection:-
" (3) For the purposes of this section any officer authorized by the Monetary Board under subsection (5) of section 39 shall be deemed to be an officer of the Department of Exchange Control of the Central Bank ".
