Estate Duty (Amendment) Act (No. 18 of 1965) - Sect 10

Amendment of section 34 of the principal enactment. [ 9, 15 of 1959.]

10. Section 34 of the principal enactment is hereby amended, in subsection (1) of that section, by the substitution, for the word " three", wherever that word occurs in that subsection, of the word " six ".
