Estate Duty (Amendment) Act (No. 18 of 1965) - Sect 13

Amendment of section 78 of the principal enactment. [ 11, 15 of 1959.]

13. Section 78 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the substitution, for the word " Commissioner ", wherever that word occurs in that section, of the word " Minister ".
