Explosives (Amendment) Law (No. 36 of 1976) - Sect 2

Amendment of section 37 of the Explosives Act (Chapter 183)

2. The Explosives Act (as amended by Act No. 33 of 1969) is hereby amended in section 37, by the substitution, for the definition of " Government Analyst ", of the following new definition: -' " Government Analyst " includes the Additional Government Analyst, the Deputy Government Analyst and an Assistant Government Analyst;'.
