Amendment of section 23 of the principal enactment

3. Section 23 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows: -

(a) by the repeal of subsection (1) of that section and the substitution therefor of the following-new subsection: -

	" (1) At the time any labourer quits the service of any employer it shall be the duty of that employer to issue to that labourer a discharge certificate substantially in Form II in Schedule B."; and

(b) by the repeal of subsection (3) of that section.
