Section II of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (2) of that section, by the substitution for all the words from "be liable" to the end of that subsection, of the words "be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand rupees or imprisonment of either description for a period not exceeding twelve months or to both such fine and imprisonment. |
