Excise (Special Provision)(Amendment) Act (No. 8 of 1994) - Sect 12

Amendment of section 12A of the principal enactment

12 Section 12A of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection "
(1) by the substitution section for the words "two per centum", of the words "three per centum" ;
(2) by the substitution in the proviso to that subsection for the words " fifty per centum of the duty in default", of the words " the amount in default ".
