Insertion of new section 7a in the principal Act

3. The following new section is hereby inserted immediately after section 7, and shall have effect as section 7A, of the principal Act
7A.The expenses incurred by the Commissioner in carring out the provisions of this Act shall be charged on the Consolidated Fund of Ceylon:
