Employees' Trust Fund Act (No. 46 of 1980) - Sect 32

Assignment of sum lying to the credit of employee void

32.Every assignment of or charge on, any sum to the credit of the individual account of a member of the Fund and every agreement to assign or charge any sum shall not pass to any assignee acting on behalf of the creditors of such member, notwithstanding the provisions of the Insolvency Ordinance.
