Levy of cess on textiles and textile products exported under textile quota allocation

18. There shall be charged, levied and paid, with effect from April I, 1995, on every textile and textile product exported from Sri Lanka, under a textile quota allocation, a cess at such rates as are set out in the Fourth Schedule to this Act.
