Section 23 of the principal enactment as amended by Act No. 13 of 1966 is hereby further amended in words "to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to a fine not exceeding one thousand rupees or to both, of the words " to imprisonment for a term not less than three months and not exceeding one year or to a fine not less than five thousand rupees and not exceeding fifty thousand rupees or to both such imprisonment and fine ". |
