Section 48A of the principal enactment is here by amended in subsection (1) of that section, by the substitution for the words " to imprisonment for a learn not exceeding five year or to a fine not exceeding five thousand rupees or to both.", of the words " to imprisonment for a term of not less than one year and not exceeding five years or to a fine not less than twenty-five thousand rupees and not exceeding one hundred thousand rupees or to both such imprisonment and fine.
