Forest (Amendment) Act (No. 23 of 1995) - Sect 30

Replacement of section 60 of the principal enactment

30. Section 60 of the principal enactment is hereby Repealed and the following section substituted therefor:-
60. All forest officers shall be deemed to be-
(a) public servant with in the meaning of the Penal Code;
(b) peace officers within the meaning et the Code of Criminal Procedure Act No, 15 of 1977.".
