Amendment of section 26 of Chapter 219

2. Section 26 of the Fisheries Ordinance (hereinafter referred to as the " principal enactment") is hereby amended as follows:-

(a) in subsection (1) of that section, by the substitution, for the words "five hundred rupees", of the words "ten thousand rupees";

(b) in subsection (2) of that section, by the substitution, for the words "five hundred rupees", of the words "ten thousand rupees",
