Amendment of section 30 of the principal enactments

3. Section 30 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in the proviso to subsection (2) thereof by the substitution for the words and figures "under section 14 or section 15", of the words and figures "under section 14 or section 16 or an offence of contravening any regulation prohibiting purses in net fishing",
