Fauna And Flora Protection (Amendment) Act (No. 49 of 1993) - Sect 41

Replacement of section 46 of the principal enactment

41. Section 46 of the principal enactment is hereby repealed and the following section substituted therefor:
46. Any person who acts in contravention-
(a) or the previsions of section 42 ; or
(b) of the provisions of section 43 ; or
(c) of any regulation made under section 45,
