officer of Central Bank of Sri Lanka deemed to be public officers

39. Officers of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka shall be deemed to be public officers, within the meaning of section 135 of the Code of Criminal Procedure Act No, 15 of 1979 for the purpose of instituting proceedings in respect of offences under this Act.
