| 16. (1) A lessee shall not terminate or rescind a supply agreement without the consent of the lessor. (2) The rights conferred on a lessee under this Act in relation to a supply agreement, shall not be affected by any variation of a term, condition, warranty or specification in such agreement, unless the lessee has consented in writing to such variation. |
