Fugitive Persons Amendment Act (No. 12 of 1971) - Sect 2

Amendment of section 20 of Act No. 29 of 1969

2. Section 20 of the Fugitive Persons Act, No. 29 of 1969, hereinafter referred to as the " principal Act ", is hereby amended in sub-section (2) of that section by the substitution, for the expression " Fugitive Offenders Act, 1870,", of the expression " Fugitive Offenders Act, 1881, ".
