Amendment of section 1 of Chapter 481

2. Section 1 of the Food Supplies Ordinance, hereafter in this Act referred to as the " principal enactment", is hereby amended as follows: -

(1) by the repeal of subsections (2) and (3) of that section ;

(2) by the renumbering of subsection (1) of that section as section 1 ; and

(3) by the substitution, for the marginal note to that section, of the following marginal note:-
