Galle Heritage Foundation Act (No. 7 of 1994) - Sect 15

State land or building to he made available to the Foundation

15. Any State land or any State building may subject to such conditions as may be determined by the Minister with the concurrence of the Minister for the time being in charge of the subject of State lands, be made available for the use of or he alienated to, the Foundation for any purpose of the Foundation.
