Galle Heritage Foundation Act (No. 7 of 1994) - Sect 9

Service to Foundation deemed to be service to the Government for the purpose of certain contract

9. Where the Foundation employs any person who has entered into a contract with the Government by which he has agreed to serve the Government for a specified period, any period of service to the Foundation by that person shall be regarded as service to the Government for the purpose of discharging his obligations under such contract.
