Grant of Citizenship to Stateless Persons Act (No. 5 of 1986) - Sect 8

Regulations

(1) The Minister may make regulations in respect of all matters which are required by this Act, to be prescribed or in respect of which regulations are authorized to be made.

(2) No regulation made under subsection (1) shall have effect until that regulation has been approved by Parliament, and notification of such approval has been published in the Gazette.
