Amendment of section 9 of the principal Act
3. Section 9 of the principal Act is hereby amended in the definition of " competent authority " as follows: -
(a) by the substitution, for the expression " means the Deputy Secretary to the Treasury,", of the expression " means the Director-General of Public Administration"; and
(b) by the substitution, for the expression " such Deputy Secretary ", of the expression " such Director-General "
