Gampaha Young Men's Buddhist Association (Incorporation) Act (No. 1 of 1984) - Sect 4

Executive Committee,

4.
(1) The affairs of the Corporation shall, subject to the rules in force for the time being of the Corporation, be administered by an Executive Committee consisting of the office-bearers and such number of other persons as may be elected in accordance with the rules in force for the time being of the Corporation.
(2) The first Executive Committee of the Corporation shall be the Executive Committee of the Association holding office on the date of commencement of this Act.
