Housing Development Finance Corporation of Sri Lanka Act (No. 7 of 1997) - Sect 22

Debentures and Stock

22.
(1) The Board may create and issue debentures and stock, and the debentures and stock so created and issued shall in this Act be referred to as "Housing Development Finance Corporation Debentures" and "Housing Development Finance Corporation Stock", respectively.
(2) Housing Development Finance Corporation Debentures and Housing Development Finance Corporation Stock shall be issued, transferred, dealt with, redeemed and cancelled in accordance with such terms and conditions as may be determined by the Board.
