Higher Education Act (No. 20 of 1966) - Sect 44

The Authorities of a University

44. The Authorities of a University shall be the following: -
(a) the Board of Regents;
(b) the Senate;
(c) the Faculties; and
(d) such other bodies as may be prescribed by Statute to be such Authorities.
