| 52. A Convocation of a University for the purpose of conferring degrees shall be held once in every year on such date as may be approved by the Chancellor: Provided that a special Convocation of a University may be held at such other time as the Chancellor may determine: And provided further that the first degrees may be conferred without the holding of a Convocation. |
