Higher Education Act (No. 20 of 1966) - Sect 92

Administration of Junior University Colleges

92. The Director-General of Education shall be responsible for the administration of a Junior University College. Such Director-General shall so administer such College in accordance with the provisions of this Act and such Regulations as may be made in that behalf by the National Council.
