Section 118 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (1) of that section by the substitution for the definition of " Government Agent", of the following definition: "Government Agent" includes an Additional Government Agent, an Assistant Government Agent, Secretary to the Minister of the Board of Ministers of a Province in charge of the subject of Irrigation and Divisional Secretary of a Provincial Council;'. |
