| 21. Section 47 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the substitution, for the proviso to that section, of the following new proviso: -" Provided that nothing in the preceding provisions of this section shall be deemed to prejudice the right of the proprietor of any irrigable area to the continuance of any perpetuity rate under any scheme in force at the appointed date. ". |
