Irrigation (Amendment) Act (No. 48 of 1968) - Sect 32

Amendment of section 63 of the principal enactment

32. Section 63 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows: -
(1) in sub-section (1) of that section, by the substitution, for the word " proprietors ", wherever that word occurs in that subsection, of the words iC allottees and the tenant cultivators, and where there are no allottees or tenant cultivators of any lands the proprietors of those lands,"; and
(2) in sub-section (2) of that section, by the substitution, for the word " proprietors ". of the words " allottees, tenant cultivators and proprietors ".
