Insurance Corporation Act (No. 2 of 1961) - Sect 32

Application of company law to the Corporation. Cap. 145

32.
(1) The Minister may by regulation made under this Act provide for the application to the Corporation, with or without any modification, of any provision of the Companies Ordinance.
(2) The provisions of the Companies Ordinance, other than the provisions of that Ordinance which are made applicable to the Corporation by regulations made under this Act, shall not apply to the Corporation.
