Industrial Disputes (Hearing And Determination Of Proceedings)(Special Provisions) Act (No. 13 of 2003) - Sect 13

Order under section 6A of the Termination of Employment of Workmen (Special Provisions) Act to be made within two months of application

13. It shall be the duty of the Commissioner to make his order under subsection (1) of section 6A of the Termination of Employment of Workman (Special Provisions) Act, relating to the payment of compensation to a workman, within two months of the date of receipt of the application from the workman.
