International Irrigation Management Institute (Amendment) Act (No. 50 of 2000) - Sect 3

'international Irrigation Management Institute Act" the International Irrigation Management Institute" to be known as the International Water Management institute Act" and the International Water Management institute"

3.
(1) In the principal enactment and in any other written law there shall be substituted"
(a) for the words "International irrigation Management Institute Act wherever those words occur in the principal enactment or any other written law, the words "International Water Management Institute Act ; and
(b) for the words "International Irrigation Management Institute", wherever those words occur in the principal enactment or any other written law, the words ''International Water Management Institute".
(2) Every reference to the "International Irrigation Management Institute Act", and "International Irrigation Management Institute", in any notice, notification, contract, communication or other document shall be read and construed as a reference respectively to the "International Water Management Institute Act" and the "International water Management Institute".
