International Irrigation Management Institute Act (No. 6 of 1985) - Sect 18

Meetings of the Board

18.
(1) The Board shall meet at least once in every calendar year.
(2) The meetings of the Board shall be held at the head quarters of the Institute, unless the Board shall otherwise expressly determine.
(3) Subject to the provisions of this. Act all decisions of the Board, whether at a meeting or under the procedure, determined by rules made by the Board shall be by a simple majority.
