International Irrigation Management Institute Act (No. 6 of 1985) - Sect 29

Audit of Accounts

29.
(1) The Board shall cause proper books of accounts to be kept of the income and expenditure, assets and liabilities, and all other transactions of the Institute.
(2) The accounts of the Institute shall be audited by an independent certified or chartered public accountant appointed by the Board.
(3) The Board shall determine the remuneration of such auditors.
