Institute Of Corporation Lawyers Law (No. 33 of 1978) - Sect 10

Employees of the Institute

10.
(1) The employees of the Institute shall consist of such number of officers and servants as the Board may consider necessary , for the proper and efficient conduct of the business of the Board.
(2) All employees of the Institute shall be appointed by the Board with the concurrence of the Minister:
