Eligibility for membership

3. The following shall be eligible for membership of the Corporation : "
(a) any person holding the Junior Technical Officers (J.T.O.) Certificate ;
(b) a person holding the National Diploma in Technology (N.DT.) from the University of Moratuwa or from any other Technical College ; and
(c) any person holding any oilier qualification recognized by the rule of the Corporation or who has passed the examination conducted by the Corporation,
