Institute of Policy Studies of Sri Lanka Act (No. 53 of 1988) - Sect 11

Acts or proceedings of the Board deemed not to be invalid by reason of any vacancy or defect in the appointment of a member

11. The Board shall have the power to act notwithstanding any vacancy in its membership and any act or proceeding of the Board shall not be or deemed to be invalid by reason only of any such vacancy or any defect in the appointment of a member.
