29.
| (1) The Institute shall have its own, fund. |
|
| (2) There shall be paid into the fund of the Institute:-
| | (a) all such amounts as may be voted from time to time by a resolution of the 'National State Assembly for the use of the Institute; and | | |
| | (b) ail such sums of money received by the Institute in the exercise, discharge and performance of Its powers and duties. | | |
