Insurance (Special Provisions) Act (No. 22 of 1979) - Sect 14

Division of the capital into shares and the basis of allotment

14. The Minister may determine -
(a) the amount of the initial capital that will be set apart for the division into shares ;
(b) the value to be allotted to each such share ;
(c) the basis of allotment of such shares if any,
(i) to any Government department or public corporation ; and
(ii) to the workers employed in such corporation.
