Insurance (Special Provisions) Act (No. 22 of 1979) - Sect 17

Functions of the corporation

17. The provisions of section 5 of the Insurance Corporation Act, No. 2 of 1961, shall apply as if those provisions were provisions of this Act and as if reference in that section to " Corporation" were references to a " corporation ".
