No person other than a director or a person expressly authorized by the Board shall have the authority to make, draw, accept or endorse any bill of exchange, cheque or order for the payment of money on behalf of the corporation or to enter into any contract so as to impose any liability on the corporation or otherwise to pledge the credit of the corporation. |
