Insurance (Special Provisions) Act (No. 22 of 1979) - Sect 33

Interpretation

33. In this Part of this Act " Board " means the Board of Directors of a corporation ; " capital" means the capital for the time being of the corporation ;" corporation " means a subsidiary corporation established under section 2 or an independent corporation established under section 3.
