| 40. In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires " independent corporation " means an independent corporation established under section 3 ; " Insurance Corporation " means the Insurance Corporation established by the Insurance Corporation Act, No. 2 of 1961 ; " public corporation " means any corporation the capital of which is wholly or partly provided by the Government by way of grant, loan or other form ; " subsidiary corporation " means a subsidiary corporation established under section 2. |
