Inland Revenue (Amendment) Act (No. 11 of 1989) - Sect 13

Amendment of section 117 of the principal enactment

13. Section 117 of the principal enactment is hereby amended, in subsection (12) of that section as follows:-
(1) by the substitution, for the words " determined by the Commissioner-General within two years", of the words "determined by the Commissioner-General within three year"; and
(2) by the substitution for the words,
